USER ACCOUNT, ID AND PASSWORD

SHIPPING

Heaven Scent Candles ships orders through Australia Post.

If the goods you have purchased are not currently in stock, the shipping of your goods may be delayed.  Once your order is placed, we will notify you and advise when your natural candles will be shipped.

All orders will be packaged carefully and wrapped in bubble wrap.  We will do our best to protect your fragranced candles from being damaged in transit.  If however your order is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately using the Contact Form.  Although Heaven Scent Candles cannot take responsibility for any items damaged during shipping, we will do our best to rectify the issue.

Shipping cost is calculated on a “per gram/kilogram” basis and is automatically calculated and added to your invoice.

REFUNDS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please choose carefully as no refunds are given once purchase has been processed and shipped. 

If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel your order however a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount of your invoice.

CANDLE BURN TIME, DIMENSIONS AND WEIGHTS

Actual burn time of the Heaven Scent Candles products depends on a number of ambient factors therefore the times given are approximate. All product dimensions are to the nearest mm and are subject to change without notice.  All candle weights listed are approximate due to wax shrinkage during setting process.

CANDLE SAFETY

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to have read and understood the Candle Safety Instructions. Failure to follow instructions could result in fire or injury to yourself or other people.
